We are a team of two co-founders with a successful history in growing and scaling companies, including a $43M trade sale.
We are assembling a founding team to build a billion-dollar lean startup and are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Developer.
The role involves being the technical brain behind our innovative AI-powered SaaS platform, owning architecture and execution from day one.
Responsibilities include designing and delivering scalable, secure, high-performance backend and frontend systems, building intuitive user interfaces, and architecting reusable APIs.
You will define and implement infrastructure and deployment strategies, champion CI/CD, and lead security and access control strategies.
The role also involves designing reliable databases, building integrations with third-party SaaS platforms, and collaborating with AI engineers to operationalize AI pipelines.
You will partner with commercial founders to set product priorities, drive a lean engineering culture, and lead by example.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience building and deploying scalable full-stack applications.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development frameworks is necessary.
Experience in architecting secure, modular APIs and microservices is essential.
Proven ability to design and optimize databases and backend systems is required.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and containerization is necessary.
You should have an excellent understanding of technical scalability, system design, and software performance.
Comfort in building from scratch in a fast-moving startup environment is essential.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, with experience working cross-functionally with product, GTM, and AI/ML teams.
Bonus points for familiarity with agentic workflows, AI tool integration, or cloud-native development (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
