Wing is hiring elite talent for M32 Labs, an innovative venture-backed company based in Silicon Valley dedicated to building cutting-edge AI-powered products for business clients worldwide.
The company is looking for a Founding Full Stack Developer to join a fast-paced, agile R&D environment, contributing to the development of talent management platforms.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including ML/AI Engineers, product managers, and UX designers, to create end-to-end solutions that seamlessly integrate front-end interfaces with robust back-end architectures.
The role requires a balance of technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and the ability to iterate rapidly with minimal bureaucracy.
Key responsibilities include front-end development, back-end development, integration and collaboration, DevOps and CI/CD, rapid prototyping and iteration, security and best practices, and working with LLMs to produce qualitative and quantitative evaluations on content.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer, ideally in an environment with rapidly evolving requirements, is necessary.
Experience building end-to-end solutions from 0 to 1 is strongly preferred, especially if you have built a startup before.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React and Vue for front-end development is essential.
Experience developing APIs using Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar back-end technologies is required.
Familiarity with working with LLMs like GPT, Anthropic, etc., over APIs is necessary.
A strong understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases is required.
Familiarity with Git workflows, code reviews, and pull request best practices is essential.
Experience with Docker and containers, as well as exposure to orchestration tools like Kubernetes, is required.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing services is necessary.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are required.
Comfort with iterating rapidly in a minimal-bureaucracy environment and demonstrated problem-solving abilities are essential.
