The Founding Full Stack Developer will work in a fast-paced, agile R&D environment, contributing to the development of talent management platforms.
Responsibilities include front-end and back-end development, integration and collaboration with cross-functional teams, DevOps and CI/CD, rapid prototyping, security best practices, and working with LLMs.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer, ideally in an environment with rapidly evolving requirements.
Experience building end-to-end solutions from 0 to 1 is strongly preferred, particularly for candidates who have built a startup before.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React and Vue for front-end development is essential.
Experience developing APIs using Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar back-end technologies is required.
Familiarity with working with LLMs like GPT or Anthropic over APIs is necessary.
Strong understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases is required.
Familiarity with Git workflows, code reviews, and pull request best practices is needed.
Experience with Docker and containers, as well as exposure to orchestration tools like Kubernetes, is important.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing services is required.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential.
Candidates should be comfortable iterating rapidly in a minimal-bureaucracy environment and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
