As our Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both the frontend and backend of our product.
You will have the unique opportunity to design, build, and scale a product from the ground up, influencing everything from architecture decisions to the overall user experience.
This position offers an exciting chance to be at the core of our technical team, driving innovation and ensuring seamless integration across the stack.
Your responsibilities will include architecting and developing scalable, maintainable, and secure frontend and backend systems.
You will take end-to-end ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
You will build responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and technologies on both the frontend and backend.
You will work closely with other engineers and the designer/product manager to ensure seamless integration of new features and services.
Continuous monitoring and improvement of application performance, security, and scalability will be part of your role.
You will define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation to maintain high code quality.
Rapid prototyping and iteration on new features, adapting to user feedback and changing requirements will be expected.
As the team grows, you will mentor junior engineers and lead by example in technical discussions and code reviews.

Requirements:

You must have 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of web applications you’ve built from scratch.
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Typescript, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) is required.
Strong experience with backend development, including RESTful API design, database management, and server-side frameworks (e.g., Node.js) is essential.
You should have experience with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions, are required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team are essential.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to pivot and adapt as needed.
