Robyn AI is seeking a Founding Growth & Social Media Lead to establish and manage the brand's presence across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
The role involves building Robyn’s social media engine from scratch, including strategy, content creation, growth loops, and execution of creator campaigns.
The candidate will create emotionally resonant and addictive content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
Responsibilities include architecting and running creator collaborations, DM campaigns, and user-generated content (UGC) funnels.
The individual will manage a community flywheel to make Robyn a prominent name in emotional AI.
The role requires ownership of growth KPIs, including engagement, referral rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) to lifetime value (LTV).
Collaboration with the founder is essential to ensure Robyn feels iconic.
