The role is for a Founding Senior Full-Stack Engineer who will lead the development of an AI-driven talent marketplace.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with deep expertise in React, Node.js, Python, and/or TypeScript.
Experience in scaling platforms, particularly marketplaces, fintech, or automation-heavy products, is a significant advantage.
A product-driven mindset is essential; candidates should build with user impact in mind rather than just focusing on technology.
The ability to own projects from architecture to deployment without needing hand-holding is required.
Experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud is necessary.
A passion for automation and a dislike for manual work is important; candidates should have built internal tools, workflow engines, or AI-powered efficiencies.
A strong background in database design and optimization (RDBMS, NoSQL) is required.
