The company is looking for a Founding Software Engineer to join their early engineering team and tackle complex challenges.
The role involves collaborating with product and design teams, ensuring technical alignment, optimizing application performance, and implementing security measures.
The tech stack includes Golang, TypeScript, Docker, React, Tailwind, AWS, and Git.
Responsibilities include managing data schemas, designing and deploying APIs, and developing backend applications using Golang and frontend features in TypeScript.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a backend and/or full-stack engineer.
A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles is required.
Expert-level knowledge of the Golang programming language and its ecosystem is essential.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is necessary.
Experience with Git and writing technical specifications is required.
Candidates should have experience working with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or another STEM field, or equivalent work experience, is required.
An entrepreneurial spirit is desired, with a history of wanting to start a company.
