Altimate AI is seeking a Founding Solution Architect to bridge the gap between customers, products, and the market.
The role involves connecting technical stakeholders, product teams, and a global community of users, advocating for customer needs and translating feedback into solutions.
You will deliver technical pitches and demos to convert prospects into customers.
The position includes designing and executing proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate measurable value and ROI.
You will engage with the community, collecting feedback and implementing actionable improvements.
The role requires hands-on customer onboarding to ensure smooth rollouts and immediate wins.
You will drive product expansion within existing customers and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role within the data infrastructure ecosystem, such as Solutions Architect or Consultant.
Familiarity with dbt, SQL, Snowflake, and other components of the modern data stack is essential.
Strong communication skills are required to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
A proactive and persistent attitude is necessary, with a "make-it-happen" mindset.
Experience in a Series A or B startup is a bonus, as it indicates the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Additional knowledge of modern data platforms is a plus, enhancing the ability to elevate customer experiences.
