The role involves delivering technical pitches and demos to convert prospects into customers.
You will design and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate measurable value and ROI.
Engage with a global community of users, collecting feedback and implementing actionable improvements.
Assist in customer onboarding to ensure smooth rollouts and immediate successes.
Drive product usage expansion within existing customers and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

You must have 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role within the data infrastructure ecosystem.
Familiarity with dbt, SQL, Snowflake, and other components of the modern data stack is essential.
Strong communication skills are required to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
A proactive and persistent attitude is necessary, with a "make-it-happen" mindset.
Experience in a Series A or B startup is a bonus, as it indicates the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Additional knowledge of modern data platforms is a plus, enhancing your ability to support customers.
