Description:
Mindrift is seeking a Freelance AI Security Engineer to collaborate on AI projects focused on enhancing Generative AI capabilities.
The role involves generating prompts that challenge AI, defining scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses, and correcting model outputs based on domain-specific knowledge.
This position allows for flexible scheduling, enabling contributors to work on projects aligned with their skills.
The role is fully remote, requiring only a laptop, internet connection, and a willingness to take on challenges.
Requirements:
Candidates must have strong Linux administration and automation skills, including proficiency in Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus, and Nmap is required.
Knowledge of AI security risks, including prompt injection, adversarial attacks, and AI red teaming, is essential.
Experience in automating security tasks, securing DevOps workflows, and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
Cloud security expertise in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD security is required.
Relevant security certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, OSWE, or API Security Architect are mandatory.
Proficiency in English at an advanced level (C1 or above) is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Strong communication skills are necessary for reporting findings and collaborating with teams.
