Remote Freelance Back-end Developer

Description:

• We have an exciting new opening available for a Freelance Back-end Developer to start as soon as possible.
• The position is remote and is expected to last for one month, with the option to extend.
• The developer will be responsible for greenfield Umbraco 13 backend development.
• The role includes diagnosing and fixing new features.
• The developer will assist in GCP container setup and deployments.
• The developer will report to the Tech Director and work closely with digital project directors.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a Back-end Developer.
• Strong knowledge of C# .Net Core and Umbraco versions 9-13 is essential.
• The candidate should demonstrate strong knowledge of CMS product web development.
• The candidate must represent RY with confidence and professionalism at all times.
• Desirable skills include experience with Docker and Containers, as well as familiarity with Azure and/or GCP.
• The candidate should be motivated, organized, and methodical.
• The candidate must be proactive, resourceful, and able to think critically.
• The candidate should be confident and client-facing.
