The goal is to advance artificial intelligence through collaborative Generative AI projects with domain experts.
The Mindrift platform allows experts to engage in various tasks, including creating training prompts for AI models and refining AI responses for better relevance.
In this role, you will develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of AI responses.
Your responsibilities include generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses, as well as defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers.

Requirements:

You must have a Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fields.
You should have at least 3 years of professional experience with C++.
Code review experience is essential.
Experience with AI projects is considered a plus.
Your level of English must be advanced (C1) or above.
You should be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
This freelance role is fully remote, requiring only a laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
