Mindrift is a pioneering platform dedicated to advancing the field of artificial intelligence through collaborative online projects.
The company focuses on creating data for Generative AI, allowing freelancers to contribute to AI development from anywhere, at any time, without the need to be developers.
The role involves developing complex question-answer pairs and creating scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of AI responses.
Responsibilities include generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses, defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers, and correcting the AI's responses based on domain-specific knowledge.

Requirements:

You must have a Master’s degree in Accounting.
You should have at least 5 years of professional experience in Accounting, which can include roles such as Financial Accountant, Controller, Auditor, Tax Accountant, Budget Analyst, Management Accountant, Tax Auditor, Cost Accountant, or AIS Manager.
Your level of English must be advanced (C1) or above.
You need to be ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
This freelance role is fully remote, so you only need a laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
