Description:

• Seeking a talented Senior Backend Developer with expertise in AWS and Node.js to work on a brand new mobile dating app.
• Collaborate with a team of 4-6 engineers to design, architect, and implement robust backend solutions.
• Play a crucial role in driving the successful launch of the new product this year.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using AWS and Node.js.
• Integrate user-facing elements with scalable APIs and optimize performance for high-volume mobile applications.
• Participate in architectural and design discussions, influence technical direction, and ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack, staying updated with the latest trends in backend development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with proficiency in Node.js and AWS.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and strong communication skills.
