Remote Freelance Site Reliability Engineer (Security Automation & Penetration Testing)

Description:

• The role is for a Freelance Site Reliability Engineer focusing on Security Automation and Penetration Testing.
• You will contribute to the development of Generative AI models that can address specialized questions and achieve complex reasoning skills.
• Your responsibilities include training AI systems to identify and exploit security weaknesses in a controlled and ethical manner.
• You will design and execute code injection attacks to identify vulnerabilities in an AI-powered computer agent.
• The position involves working with Docker containers, writing Bash and Python scripts, modifying HTML files, and crafting malicious Linux commands.
• An onboarding session and sample documentation will be provided to guide you through the process.
• The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with just a laptop and an internet connection.

Requirements:

• Strong Linux administration and automation skills are required, specifically in Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience with web security, including HTTP, API security, web scraping, and DOM manipulation, is necessary.
• Knowledge of AI security risks such as prompt injection, adversarial attacks, and AI red teaming is essential.
• A deep understanding of networking protocols, OS security, and web application security is required.
• Expertise in cloud security, including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD security, is necessary.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level (C1) or above is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for reporting findings and collaborating with teams.
