Typical responsibilities include finding and testing actions that could cause harm during normal use, creating test cases for unintended code deletion or overwriting, and simulating unexpected issues to ensure the agent’s safety and reliability.

Requirements:

You must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
You should have at least 3 years of professional experience in software testing, risk assessment, or AI safety.
Proficiency with the CLI environment is required.
You need to have knowledge of main scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
An understanding of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins is necessary.
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket is essential.
Your level of English must be advanced (C1) or above.
You should be ready to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
