The role is for a Freelance Software Developer (Java) who will work as an AI Trainer at Mindrift.
Mindrift connects specialists with AI projects from major tech innovators, aiming to unlock the potential of Generative AI.
The AI Tutor in Coding will collaborate on projects that enhance GenAI models' capabilities in addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.
Typical responsibilities include generating prompts that challenge AI, defining comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses, and correcting the model’s responses based on domain-specific knowledge.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Java is required.
Code review experience is essential for this role.
