The position is for a Freelance Senior Backend/Fullstack Developer with a fixed-term contract of 1 year, with the potential for renewal to an indefinite term.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Extensive experience with Symfony, including deep knowledge of Doctrine ORM and key Symfony components such as Security and Event Dispatchers.
Advanced understanding and practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
Proficiency in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests is necessary.
A solid understanding of React.js is required, with the ability to improve frontend as needed.
Strong experience with MySQL, including design, optimization, and management, is essential.
Experience with Docker for managing development environments is required.
Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes is necessary.
Awareness of security best practices for frontend and backend development, particularly when handling sensitive healthcare data, is important.
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities are required.
Excellent communication skills are necessary, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with SaaS products and the healthcare industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
