Freight Innovation is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to join their team.
The role involves auditing, analyzing, and optimizing financial data and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities include automating processes, developing new auditing procedures, and informing data-based decisions.
The analyst will support the sales team by analyzing data to create compelling proposals and ensure competitive pricing strategies.
Specific tasks include analyzing external invoices in various formats, retrieving necessary data, creating comprehensive reports, optimizing weekly audits on billing data, and implementing optimization strategies for audit and report processes.
The position requires full-time commitment during US EST business hours, with core overlap between 9am EST to 3pm EST.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess profound Excel skills, including experience with Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
Expertise in interpreting financial data to provide meaningful insights for informed decision-making is essential.
Excellent English communication skills and a professional attitude are required.
Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports, conducting audits, and providing strategic recommendations is necessary.
The ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies is crucial.
Bonus points for experience using Power BI, translating feedback into clear information, crafting data visualizations, and demonstrating initiative and creativity in problem-solving.

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from $1800 to $2400.
Employees can work remotely from anywhere in the world.
