As a CRM Solutions Architect, your primary responsibility is to design scalable, innovative solutions for clients, leveraging HubSpot CRM as a central component within a broader front-office ecosystem.
You will integrate systems, architect data flows, and create adaptable solutions that align with clients’ existing technology stacks and business processes.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting, to deliver high-impact projects.
You will craft architecture diagrams, define solution scopes, and create essential documentation for implementation teams.
You will guide clients through embracing cutting-edge technologies and processes.
Fluency in speaking and writing French is required as the role supports French-speaking clients.
Tasks include understanding client requirements, leading complex technology configuration projects, conducting technology audits, and assisting with data migration projects.

Requirements:

Experience with HubSpot or transferable expertise from other technology platforms or system architecture roles is necessary.
A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering) is required.
Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role is essential, working with clients throughout the whole process (consulting, solution building, implementation, and training).
Extensive ability to read, understand, and compile technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications, etc.) is required.
Sound knowledge of big data and experience with integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built solutions is necessary.
Excellent command of English, with exceptional writing and communication skills, is required.
Fluency in French is mandatory.
