Description:

The position is for a Front-End Developer at a seed-stage crypto fintech company focused on enhancing access to financial services globally.
This is a fully remote contract role with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
Key responsibilities include designing user-friendly UI/UX for new features, developing wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
The role involves implementing UI/UX components using modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, while collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Project management responsibilities include owning the product lifecycle, managing development processes, and aligning design and engineering efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
Experience in building and implementing frontend components using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
Proven project management skills, including the ability to set timelines and collaborate cross-functionally, are essential.
A portfolio showcasing both design work and frontend development projects is necessary.
Strong expertise in UI/UX design tools like Figma is required.
Candidates should be able to translate user needs into functional product designs and have proficiency in JavaScript, React, and TypeScript.
Familiarity with agile product development environments and a basic understanding of digital assets, Bitcoin, and stablecoins is expected.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking abilities, and excellent command of English, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
