Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of front-end development experience, preferably in real estate website development or a related industry.
• Experience in creating front-end development from Figma files is required.
• Knowledge of WCAG Level A accessibility compliance is necessary.
• Familiarity with the TALL Stack (Tailwind, Alpine, Laravel 11, Livewire 3) is essential.
• Expertise in CSS/Tailwind and modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js is required.
• A basic understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Laravel is essential to support the integration of real estate APIs or databases.
• A strong design sense and attention to detail for translating real estate-focused designs into functional websites is necessary.
• Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility is required.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack or Vite is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
• Experience implementing property search functionalities, such as Elasticsearch or IDX integration, is preferred.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and pagespeed best practices for real estate websites, including schema markup and local SEO optimization, is preferred.
