Description:

Winona is a leading telemedicine company providing HRT for women in menopause, with all technology built in-house.
The company has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in-house physicians offering world-class care.
The role is for a full-time, remote Vue Front-end Developer.
The primary focus will be on collaborating with a team of developers to create and implement software applications and components.
The position allows for flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
Responsibilities include developing user interfaces using Vue3, writing clean and maintainable code, collaborating with the product manager, testing and debugging applications, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, building reusable UI components, implementing state management, and staying updated with front-end development trends.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer.
A portfolio showcasing relevant projects that demonstrate frontend skills is a big plus.
A strong understanding of fundamental web development concepts including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Proficiency in Vue 3 is required.
Experience with TailwindCSS for rapid UI development is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with state management using Vuex or Pinia.
Familiarity with Git/Github for version control and collaboration is essential.
A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are required.
Full-time availability (40 hours/week) is necessary, with the ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, ideally with 3-4 hours of overlap.
A personal computer with stable internet is required.
