Description:

  • Spiralyze uses data-driven design to help clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.
  • The company focuses on understanding what makes visitors buy, designing solutions, and measuring impact with A/B testing.
  • Clients are major brands with existing great websites and design teams, seeking a transition to a data-centric approach with conversion as the primary goal.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into interactive web applications.
  • The role involves working with other team members and stakeholders to enhance user engagement and usability through interactivity, animations, and transitions.
  • Conducting thorough testing to ensure feature compatibility and responsiveness across different browsers and devices is essential.
  • The position emphasizes improving user experience by optimizing UI elements, navigation flows, and interaction patterns.
  • Usability testing and gathering feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of UI development experience.
  • An extreme attention to detail is required for translating design to pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Web/Mobile responsive design is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of Client-Server Architecture is required.
  • Candidates should be proficient in DOM manipulation and have experience integrating front-end interactions using JavaScript and jQuery, with experience in creating animations and micro-interactions being a plus.
  • Experience in developing responsive designs with media queries is essential.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of work and deliverables is required.
  • Proven experience in accurately estimating work and driving to defined milestones is necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Candidates must be able to take direction, work well as part of a team, and also independently.
