Description:
Join a leading US-based global telecommunication provider to work on maintaining the Genesys Orchestration Server (ORS) and integrating Genesys' core routing capabilities with other products.
Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for the CX platform, ensuring responsive web design for seamless user experience across devices.
Integrate frontend components with backend services using HTTP REST-based APIs for smooth data flow and synchronization.
Develop and maintain test cases with frameworks like Jasmine and Karma to ensure UI quality and reliability.
Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to align with project goals and discuss progress and improvements.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and work with the DevOps team for smooth deployment and operation of the CX platform.
Provide support for UI-related issues, address user feedback promptly, and troubleshoot frontend issues in the production environment.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale web applications.
Strong working knowledge in JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, Vue.js, and Web Components.
Solid backend integration exposure using HTTP REST-based APIs and understanding of synchronous/asynchronous request handling.
Proficiency in API development using Node.js.
Experience with communication frameworks like WebSockets, CometD, and responsive web design techniques.
Familiarity with JavaScript test automation frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma, build/test tools like Gulp and Grunt, and CI/CD pipelines.
Operational experience with source control tools such as GIT and Mercurial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
