Remote Front End Developer

Description:

• The Front End Developer at K3 is responsible for developing front end applications in Angular and React for k3|imagine, a cloud native headless commerce platform for retailers in the UK and Europe.
• Development tasks will be diverse and priorities may change weekly.
• The role involves influencing the UI and UX of the product and reports to the Product Director.
• Responsibilities include developing front end projects, maintaining high-quality code following SOLID principles, working in an Agile environment, testing code thoroughly, leading front end development decisions, and collaborating with a dynamic development team.
• Essential skills required include Angular, HTML, CSS, React, Node, JavaScript/TypeScript, Docker, and Git/Github.
• Desired skills include .NET backend development, Entity Framework, Bootstrap, Tailwind, DevExtreme, and experience with retail, commerce, or ERP systems.

Requirements:

• Develop front end applications in Angular and React for k3|imagine and other K3 products.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code following SOLID principles.
• Work in an Agile environment with daily stand-ups.
• Test code thoroughly to ensure it works correctly upon deployment.
• Lead front end development and UI decisions.
• Collaborate with a dynamic development team, using GitHub and Jira for tracking and monitoring workload.
• Review others' code and have your own code reviewed for continuous learning and improvement.
