The role is for a CSS Specialist within a global business's Digital Services Team.

The specialist will contribute to the development and maintenance of a unified design system applicable across multiple platforms and products.
Documentation of design processes, guidelines, and best practices is required to ensure consistency and scalability.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on CSS is required.
Experience with Salesforce LWR is highly preferred.
Proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies is essential.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and LWR is a must.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar is required.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools and user research methodologies is a plus.
An analytical mindset is necessary to conduct user research, analyze data, and apply findings to improve design and user experience.
