Remote Front-end Developer (React.Js)

Description:

• Engage with consultants to understand client needs and proficient in front-end technologies.
• Responsible for the complete lifecycle of user interfaces, including development, testing, and support.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with critical issues or escalations.
• Take initiative, collaborate, and venture into new areas to ensure seamless user interface functionality.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle as an individual contributor.
• Expertise in developing user interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Proficient in modern front-end development tools and frameworks.
• Experience with Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes and Couchbase is a plus.
• Deliver high-quality code into production using continuous delivery tools.
• Embrace agile methodologies for communication, flexibility, and delivering working code.
• Collaborate with Developers, Managers, and Business users to build and deliver applications.
• Write test cases using behavior-driven development techniques.

Requirements:

• Good spoken and written English is required.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Familiarity with testing, continuous integration, build, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience in scaling web applications and optimizing performance.
• Understanding of UI/UX design for intuitive applications.
• Strong creative and innovative critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and guide others.
• Knowledge of project and software development methodologies, Scrum knowledge is desirable.
