Description:

RareCircles, an all-in-one customer experience platform for retail, is seeking a Front-end Developer to join their team remotely.
The role involves developing, shipping, and maintaining RareCircles' front-end application and high-quality interfaces for marketing pages.
Responsibilities also include transforming design ideas into modern, clean, and readable code, implementing robust engineering solutions, and advancing multiple front-end products simultaneously.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, capable of owning projects and responsibilities, and passionate about solving difficult problems.

Requirements:

Must have 4+ years of experience building scalable front-end applications, component libraries, design systems, and tools using TypeScript and NodeJS.
Strong front-end development experience in NextJS, NodeJS, and functional programming, with the ability to debug and optimize performance issues.
Experience in developing native mobile apps using ReactNative / Expo + Tamagui and familiarity with React Tamstack Query.
Proficiency in building reliable, performant, maintainable, and testable code with proper abstraction, attention to detail in design implementation, and understanding of scope.
Desire to learn about back-end APIs and integration work, with experience in communication and telephony products considered a plus.
Proficient in English with good writing and communication skills, able to work in the Eastern Standard North American time zone.
