Remote Front End Engineer

Description:

• minware is seeking a Front End Engineer to work directly with the founders in building the product from scratch.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining front-end software to enhance scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Responsibilities include developing UX/UI components for customer-facing applications, collaborating with product managers and customers to define capabilities, conducting code reviews and unit testing, managing tech debt reduction, and potentially assisting in hiring other engineers.
• The ideal candidate should be ambitious, experienced in executing complex projects independently, and proficient in developer productivity analytics.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with high-quality code principles, continuous integration, declarative and functional programming.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Knowledge of agile or lean planning and project management processes.
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, React, or similar technologies is preferred.
