Description:
- The Front-End Engineer will help architect and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring robustness and ease of maintenance.
- Responsibilities include participating in project stand-ups and sprint reviews, optimizing applications for performance and scalability, collaborating with other teams to deliver user-facing products, creating efficient front-end systems, using test-driven development, participating in code reviews, updating and maintaining application aspects, mentoring team members, and staying updated on current technologies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Javascript experience
- Post-secondary education in IT Web Programming, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Experience with React/React Native or similar technologies (Angular, Vue, etc.)
- Familiarity with browser APIs and front-end performance optimization
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, including cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of web development techniques
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
