Remote Front End Engineer

Description:

• minware is seeking a Front End Engineer to work directly with the founders in building the product from scratch.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining front-end software to enhance scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Responsibilities include developing UX/UI components for customer-facing applications, collaborating with product managers and customers to define capabilities, performing code reviews and unit testing, managing tech debt reduction, and potentially assisting in hiring other engineers.
• The ideal candidate will be ambitious, experienced in executing complex projects independently, and focused on building scalable, maintainable software.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with high-quality code principles, including continuous integration, declarative and functional programming.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Proficiency in agile or lean planning and project management processes.
• Experience with Figma, HTML, CSS, and preferably with the core stack (Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, React) or similar technologies.
