Description:
- minware is seeking a Front End Engineer to work directly with the founders in building the product from scratch.
- The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining front-end software to enhance scalability, performance, and user experience.
- Responsibilities include developing UX/UI components, collaborating with product managers and customers, performing code reviews and unit testing, managing tech debt reduction, and potentially assisting in hiring other engineers.
- The ideal candidate will be ambitious, experienced in executing complex projects independently, and focused on building scalable, maintainable software.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with high-quality code principles, including continuous integration, declarative and functional programming.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
- Proficiency in agile or lean planning and project management processes.
- Experience with Figma, HTML, CSS, and preferably with Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, React, or similar technologies.
