Description:
- minware is seeking a Front End Engineer to work directly with the founders in building the product from scratch.
- The role involves developing UX/UI components for customer-facing applications to improve scalability, performance, and user experience.
- Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and customers to define minware's capabilities, conducting code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to maintain code quality standards.
- The engineer will also manage tech debt reduction and internal efficiency improvements, with the option to assist in hiring other engineers.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with high-quality code principles, including continuous integration, declarative and functional programming.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
- Proficiency in agile or lean planning and project management processes.
- Experience with Figma, HTML, CSS, and the core stack (Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, React) or similar technologies.
