Description:

  • Doola is a dynamic company focused on simplifying business formation, payment setup, compliance, and taxes for entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes.
  • The role involves developing intuitive, performant, and maintainable front-end applications for both external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining UI components for the customer dashboard and internal CRM, collaborating with product managers and designers, integrating front-end applications with backend services using GraphQL, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, writing automated tests, and maintaining high coding standards.
  • The technology stack includes React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Playwright for testing.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of non-internship experience in frontend application development, with at least 2 years in developing web applications and shipping user-facing features using JavaScript and modern frameworks like React.
  • Proficiency in React.js and Next.js, along with strong skills in TypeScript, is essential.
  • Familiarity with current trends and best practices in frontend architecture, including performance, security, and usability; experience with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers throughout the product and design life cycles.
  • Flexibility to work in EU or US time zones and adjust working hours for team meetings and collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to coding standards, with a commitment to writing high-quality, well-tested code.
