LivePerson is seeking a talented Mid-Level Frontend Engineer to join their Integration Hub (iHub) team, working remotely from Germany.
The role involves developing, testing, and maintaining dynamic web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy user-centric features.
Responsibilities include writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Participation in code reviews is required, providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
The engineer will optimize web applications for speed and scalability, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues across multiple browsers and devices, especially in collaboration with customers, is part of the role.

Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on Angular.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+), along with experience in TypeScript, is required.
Hands-on experience with modern Angular (15+), including state management libraries like NgRx or Redux, is necessary.
Familiarity with the overall JavaScript ecosystem, including tools like npm, Webpack, and Gulp, is expected.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services is required.
Knowledge of responsive design principles is essential.
Candidates should be able to work with version control using Git.
The ability to write unit tests and work with testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, etc.) is necessary.
Strong, proactive communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment in a remote setting are required.
Willingness to participate in paid on-call duty approximately every 6-8 weeks is expected, in alignment with the "You Build It, You Run It" philosophy.
