ReadMe is seeking a Front End Engineer to contribute to building a top-tier documentation platform.

Within the first month, the new hire will onboard with an assigned buddy, engage in pair programming sessions, and work on substantial projects.
By the third month, the employee will participate in team-building activities, understand the product roadmap, and learn about the company's operations.
Within six months, the individual will mentor peers, take ownership of a specific product area, and have a portfolio of completed projects.

Requirements:

Proficiency in JS/CSS/HTML with a focus on architectural thinking.
Enthusiasm for enhancing documentation and developer experience platforms.
Willingness to take risks, learn from mistakes, and embrace ownership of tasks.
Ability to collaborate effectively through detailed code reviews, knowledge sharing, and pairing sessions.
