Remote Front End Engineer

Description:

• minware is seeking a Front End Engineer to work directly with the founders in building the product from scratch.
• The role involves developing UX/UI components for customer-facing applications to improve scalability, performance, and user experience.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and customers to define minware's capabilities, conducting code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to maintain code quality standards.
• The engineer will also manage tech debt reduction and internal efficiency improvements, with the option to assist in hiring other engineers.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have experience in independently executing complex projects and building scalable, maintainable software.
• Familiarity with high-quality code principles, including continuous integration, declarative and functional programming, is required.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML, and CSS is essential, along with experience in the core stack (Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, React) or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of agile or lean planning and project management processes is a must.
