Livefront is seeking an outstanding Front-End Engineer to join their team, either in Minneapolis, MN or remotely.
The company specializes in designing and building digital products for well-known brands and startups.
The ideal candidate is a curious and proactive front-end engineer with a strong command of front-end technologies.
Responsibilities include developing web applications using view technologies such as React, Vue, and Angular, as well as build systems like Webpack and Gulp.
The role involves using development workflows with Git and Docker, and testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, and Protractor.
Strong CSS skills are required to create beautiful, responsive designs.
The candidate should be able to write readable and maintainable code while balancing efficiency and quality.
The engineer should have experience leading technically ambitious projects and collaborating with UI designers to implement intricate interfaces.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to guide cross-functional teams from idea to implementation.
The candidate should be a self-starter who thrives in autonomy and can navigate the evolving front-end technology landscape.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment or as part of a cross-functional product team.
Proven experience in building complex web-based applications using various view technologies, build systems, workflows, and testing frameworks.
Work samples that demonstrate performant, well-organized code and clean user interfaces.
Mastery of modern software development best practices, tools, and workflows.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend technical and architectural choices persuasively.
Above-average discipline and personal organization skills.
Comfort with critique and peer review in an iterative software development process.
Experience in leading and/or mentoring other engineers.
A demonstrated desire for personal and professional growth.
