Remote Front End Engineer, Marketing Technology (MarTech)

Description:

• OnePay is a consumer financial services app focused on helping people achieve financial progress.
• The company aims to create a single app for consumers to save, spend, borrow, and grow their money.
• The Front-end Engineer will build the next version of the marketing website, supporting marketing campaigns with analytics capabilities and A/B testing features.
• Responsibilities include building responsive web pages using TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Contentful, ensuring a balance of content and animation.
• The role involves integrating with tools like Segment and Datadog for performance insights and using LaunchDarkly for A/B testing.
• The engineer will work on automation tools like Cypress for quality control in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Collaboration with PMs, designers, and other engineers is essential, along with building trust and taking responsibility.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3-7 years of professional experience in web development, specifically with React, and at least 4 years of experience building web applications with React.
• A passion for quality in code, communication, and culture is required.
• An act-like-an-owner mentality and a desire to grow skills are essential.
• Candidates should embody the Triple H Factor: Hungry, Humble, Honest.
• Familiarity with tools such as React, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Cypress, Jest, Yarn, Netlify, and Contentful is preferred but not mandatory.
