Description:

Promenade is seeking a design-focused Front End Engineer to join their Sales team in Santa Monica, CA, with remote work options available.
The engineer will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and will manage the customization of thousands of premium websites on Promenade's platforms.
Responsibilities include onboarding new premium site customers by customizing their websites with relevant design, HTML, and CSS work.
The engineer will interface with account management and sales teams to provide premier service to customers regarding their website design.
They will maintain and optimize existing customer websites to increase conversion and enhance design.
The role requires working cross-functionally with account management, creative, merchandising, product, tech, and customer service teams.
The engineer will drive and maintain requirements for onboarding and updates for customers.
Ensuring the highest standards are met across desktop and mobile devices is essential.
The engineer will collaborate with product management teams to optimize customer onboarding features.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required for this position.
Candidates must have at least 1+ years of experience as a front end engineer.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS coding and best practices is necessary.
Knowledge of Javascript is considered a plus.
A demonstrated track record of succeeding in fast-moving environments is essential.
Expertise with project management tools such as Jira and Salesforce is required.
Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail are necessary.
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is a must.
