Remote Front End Software Engineer

Description:

• The company is seeking a Front-End Software Engineer with strong JavaScript and Angular experience to assist in developing new software and enhancing the existing codebase.
• The position is fully remote, allowing the individual to work from home.
• The software developed is utilized by various companies for creating and deploying online surveys, as well as analyzing survey results through online reporting tools.
• The team's primary focus involves integrating components from the DevExtreme Angular library, making experience in this area advantageous.
• The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing standards and best practices for Angular development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience and 5+ years of JavaScript experience.
• Proficiency in Angular (version 8 or higher) with a firm grasp of OOP design and database concepts.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases is necessary.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and Atlassian tools like JIRA for ticket tracking.
• Knowledge of Linux, CentOS, reactive programming, state management libraries (e.g., RxJS, NgRx), and end-to-end testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Protractor).
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into functional code.
• Strong multitasking skills, meeting deadlines, and working effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma is a plus.
