Remote Front End Tech Lead

Description:

• Lead the team in developing high-quality frontend solutions following the company's technical guidelines.
• Act as the main technical contact for frontend-related issues within the team.
• Manage technical tools and frameworks, promoting best practices in writing clean and efficient code.
• Implement up-to-date development methods like continuous integration, pair programming, and testing.
• Stay updated on industry trends to introduce new technologies for team improvement.
• Assist in hiring and developing team members, supporting the Team Manager.
• Maintain code documentation and enhance software quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of JavaScript experience, including advanced topics like ES6 and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, HTML/CSS for responsive and accessible website design.
• 1 year of experience as a Frontend Tech Lead in an international setting.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and DevOps practices, backend technologies like Node.js.
• Experience in REST APIs, micro frontends, Docker, and public cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of webpack, SOLID, FSD, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team, implement changes, and work with AI tools.
