Remote Front-End Web Developer & Designer

Description:

• The Front-End Web Developer & Designer position at Rockpoint Legal Funding involves maintaining and upgrading a WordPress-based website tech stack, ensuring the integrity of custom-built code, and uploading fresh content regularly.
• Responsibilities also include meeting with the Head of Technology to track progress against goals, suggesting changes according to best practices, monitoring analytics and backlink health, front-end web design, building new websites, and managing multiple existing websites.
• The role is crucial for meeting business objectives and ensuring Rockpoint stands out from competitors through strategic optimization efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Prior experience with WordPress is a must.
• Strong ability to write custom code and advanced understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and SEO tools like Moz and Semrush.
• Proficiency in APIs and plug-ins associated with the Tech Stack.
• Advanced web design skills and front-end web programming skills are essential.
• Positive attitude, team player, strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Impeccable attention to detail, critical thinking, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-management skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (C1/C2) is preferred.
