Remote FrontEnd Developer (A)

Description:

• Blue Coding is seeking a FrontEnd Developer to work with a leading client in the technology services industry.
• The role involves participating in a massive migration, rebuilding, and rewriting of the client's existing application in modern languages and practices.
• The project will be divided into 5 phases with post-launch support and iteration, making it a long-term commitment.
• The platform supports various business functions and is written in Coldfusion running on Lucee with ColdBox.
• The FrontEnd Developer will be responsible for rebuilding the UI based on Bootstrap 5 design standards and maintaining CSS and core JS files to support developers in implementing the code in .NET.
• Daily challenges include transitioning existing functionality from Ruby to .Net Core MVC, using Agile methodologies and Scrum, and working on UI redesign based on client standards.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript is required.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban is necessary.
• Experience with cloud environments such as Azure or similar is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience working with React, Typescript, C#, and .NET code is a plus.
