ANNA Money is a mobile app and business account designed to assist UK-based freelancers, small businesses, and creative individuals with their taxes, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
The company focuses on automating repetitive admin tasks to allow business owners to concentrate on other important aspects of their operations.
ANNA employs around 150 people globally, primarily software developers and data scientists, and serves over 100,000 customers.
The Acquisition Team consists of 10 remote members from various countries, including Georgia, Portugal, Germany, and the UK, with expertise in frontend development, data analysis, marketing, and design.
The team aims to grow organic traffic and convert it into customers through digital campaigns, landing page experiments, website growth, and SEO optimization.
The web applications are primarily built with TypeScript using the React framework and MobX, featuring micro-frontend architecture and multiple libraries for UI and utility purposes.
Responsibilities include managing daily activities of the software development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, following engineering practices, supporting existing products, and performing acceptance testing.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in building complex web applications using TypeScript and a modern framework such as React or Vue.
Applicants should be skilled in writing self-documented code and conducting design and code reviews.
A strong interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Next.js and server-side rendering applications, search engine optimization, writing functional tests with Puppeteer, developing software in Python, and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
