Description:

• The Frontend Developer Mentor at Alterra Academy will be responsible for teaching and mentoring mentees in live sessions, facilitating class discussions, and ensuring student engagement, with classes conducted after office hours.
• The mentor will develop and design curriculum plans tailored to the needs of mentees and oversee assessments to promote learning and growth.
• They will answer mentees' questions in group settings, provide guidance and support, and score mentees' final tasks with incentives based on the number of graduates.
• The focus will be on AI-driven landing pages, and the mentor will play a key role in shaping the future of web development in this area.

Requirements:

• Immediate availability to join the team.
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Frontend Developer/Prompt Engineer, with a focus on AI-driven landing pages or related positions.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Experience with AI Image Generator tools such as MidJourney, Clipdrop, or SDXL.
• Experience in team management and/or mentoring.
• Passion for education and development.
• Familiarity with web development tools and version control systems like Git.
