Join Hedepy, where we are changing the approach to mental health across Central and Eastern Europe, as our new mid/senior Frontend Developer.
We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about delivering value to users and continuously improving their experience on our platform for both clients and therapists.
Your goal will be to enhance user experience and introduce new features that simplify and enrich the use of our platform.
You will develop and deliver new features for our B2C and B2B users.
You will improve the code to ensure it is clean, maintainable, and scalable.
You will constantly elevate the user experience from design to interaction.
Key task distribution includes 60% on new features to advance our platform and 40% on code improvement to ensure scalability, maintainability, and application performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Next.js is essential.
Experience in backend development is a plus.
Familiarity with E2E testing, currently using Playwright, is advantageous.
Knowledge of styling with Tailwind is beneficial.
Experience with A/B testing using Growthbook is a plus.
A strong interest in web performance is required.
A desire to improve customer user experience is necessary.
Proficiency in Czech or Slovak is required.
English proficiency at least at B2 level is necessary, as we are an English-first team with colleagues from across Europe.

We have cozy offices in Prague and Brno, but the entire Hedepy is based on a remote-first principle, allowing you to work from anywhere.
