We are seeking a talented Front End Developer with expertise in ReactJS and HubSpot to join our team.
The role involves updating and customizing our website by collaborating with the marketing team to optimize user experience and performance.
Responsibilities include integrating engaging content into the website using ReactJS and ensuring the design aligns with user experience requirements.
The developer will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, writing reusable code and libraries to streamline development.
The website must be optimized for maximum speed and scalability across all devices and browsers.
The developer will work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to meet business goals and brand standards.
The role includes leading the integration of HubSpot into existing WordPress websites and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
The developer will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver cohesive and functional applications.
Responsibilities also include validating user input before submission, maintaining high standards of code quality, and documenting processes and coding practices.
The developer will provide training and support to non-technical staff on using WordPress effectively and stay updated on emerging technologies.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Front End Developer is required.
Strong expertise in ReactJS and JavaScript frameworks is essential.
A background in WordPress development and customization is necessary.
Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, is required.
Familiarity with popular page builders like Elementor is preferred.
Knowledge of current SEO techniques and their implementation within WordPress is necessary.
Familiarity with performance analysis tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, or Lighthouse is required.
Experience with HubL, Jinjava, and Jinja is highly preferred.
Familiarity with git platforms such as GitHub and GitLab is necessary.
Experience with JIRA for project management is required.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager configuration is a plus.
Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work, are required.

This is a full-time remote position, allowing for flexible work arrangements.
The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
