Remote Frontend Engineer

Description:

• Pixaera is seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer with a strong background in React to join their team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with React is required.
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate complex technical, architectural, and organizational issues clearly and concisely.
• Experience with performance and optimization problems, including diagnosing and preventing these issues, is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience working in agile environments with an iterative software development process.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fully remote organization.
• Experience in owning a project from concept to production, including discovery, discussion, and execution, is required.
• Candidates must have experience writing unit and integration tests, as well as proficiency in Git and GitHub.
• A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset is essential.
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is necessary for success in a remote and largely asynchronous environment.
